My Favorite Sites for Freebies

Who doesn’t love free stuff?  I don’t make money off of my blog, but I do get a lot of great products to sample. It is so exciting to step out your front door to multiple packages that you didn’t spend a dime on. So if you ever wondered, how or where does she get all that free stuff?! Here are a few of my favorite and fairly easy places to get started. Some of the programs require more involvement and time, some require a blog and some require lots of social media sharing. Don’t commit if you can’t follow through with the requests, it will only stress you out and cause the brand to not be so generous with their samples in the future. Also WARNING: Free stuff is addicting so if you need help…..well, I’m a recovering addict….and by recovering I mean, I just passed out cause did you see what I just got in the mail?!

Influenster: A community of over 1.5 million social savvy shoppers that stay on top of the latest product news & expert tips by reviewing products, sharing honest opinions with brands and your community. You are chosen to test products for free based on social media influence. You are also eligible to win prizes after completion of challenges and missions.  https://www.influenster.com/ Here is a picture of one of the first boxes I received and everything in it. Most boxes have a few things in it to sample ranging from health and beauty to food and drink. In the beginning I won some awesome prizes from them, but their popularity has slowed down my winnings.

CrowdTap: Take polls, submit photos for challenges, complete sampling missions and earn points that earn you Amazon gift cards. http://crowdtap.com/ I have sampled things like toilet paper, flushable wipes, Hersey’s chocolate spread, mouthwashes, toothpastes, body washes, hair care items and lots more, but my favorite part of this program is earning the Amazon gift cards.  It takes a lot of time, but it is easy time. You can’t beat free toilet paper. Haha And yes, I am sitting on the toilet, but my pants are up….I know it’s hard to tell.

04a54-cottonelle1Smiley360: An online community of influential consumers who try products, content and other experiences for free and share their opinions with others. As a member, you will receive offers from the biggest brands and share your experience with that brand, as well as with friends, family, coworkers, neighbors and other consumers like you. https://smiley.socialmedialink.com/ This company has allowed me to sample some smaller, but useful items such as, baking soda, pasta, juice, snacks and laundry detergent.

BZZZAgent: An international network of consumers who voluntarily participate in word-of-mouth (WOM) campaigns for a variety of products and services. They want you to share your expertise as a consumer about the brands you try. Instead of hoping social media followers spread meaningful advocacy, they rely on you, their best customers. When you share your opinions, everyone wins! https://www.bzzagent.com/ Usually the samples are pretty small, like candy or juice or something, but I was stoked when Stryker and I got to pick out and review the adorable Stride Rite shoes pictured below. This has been one of my favorite samples.

Mom’s Meet Group Program & Mom’s Meet Blogger Program: Apply to sample and review products with other mom’s through group meetings. Get feedback and opinions on products, hand out samples and coupons, share information about the brands and fill out feedback surveys. It is also important to take pictures of your group sampling the products to submit. The free products are great and each time you submit photos and feedback, you earn points toward rewards. http://www.greenmomsmeet.com/ I love that Mom’s Meet is very generous with their samples. I have sampled so many great products though them, also most of their products are green, organic and natural so that makes me love them even more. We’ve sampled tons of food, snacks, laundry detergent, diapers, deodorant, baby washes, yogurt, soups, books, bread and much more. They are really easy to work with. Here is an example of photos I took from a Kidfresh sampling to submit. My friends are always so gracious to pose for me.

Tomoson:  I have heard some mixed reviews on working with this company, but I have only had good experiences. You apply to try products from their huge list of items. If accepted, they will either directly mail item or you will use an Amazon promo code to order (must have Amazon Prime). Then you leave them an Amazon review, post photos to social media and sometimes blog if requested. https://www.tomoson.com/ Through Tomoson, I’ve gotten to review things like baby bandana bibs, a car cover, a magnetic screen door (which we really liked!), matcha green tea powder and a few essential oils.
