Delicious 4 Ingredient Caramel Fruit Dip

So I debated posting this recipe at all because it’s so simple and everyone has tasted some version of it before (there are so many different versions). BUT what made me decide to go ahead and do it anyway is that I tried googling it and could not find this exact one anywhere.  So I called up my sister-in-law, who is the fruit dip queen to get her version. You will find this fruit dip at every Brandes family gathering we have, stocked with strawberries, bananas, apples and grapes. It makes a great appetizer or snack for family and friends to pick at. Let me know how you like it or what your twist on the recipe is!

This is what you need:

-1 8 oz. block softened cream cheese

-1 cup brown sugar (not packed)

-1/2 cup Smuckers Caramel Ice Cream Topping

-1 tsp. vanilla

Just use an electric mixer to blend everything together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and then keep any leftovers refrigerated for up to a week (or so)….if it lasts that long. Enjoy!
