Citrus Lime Beer-Ritas!

It’s Happy Hour here on the blog!  These are super yummy and fun to share with friends…..or keep all to yourself if you had a rough day with the kids.  Wink.

What You Need:

-1 can of frozen limeade concentrate (thawed in fridge)

-2 chilled bottles of light style beer

-12 oz. of chilled tequila (1 1/2 cups)

-12 oz. of water (Tip: Fill empty 12 oz. limeade can)

-1 or 2 limes cut into wedges

-Course salt or sugar for rims of glasses

-Ice cubes

Stir together limeade, beer, tequila and water in a large pitcher.  Swipe a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip in salt or sugar, according to preference (sugar for me, salt for my husband).  Garnish glass with the lime wedge.

Fill glasses with ice and you’re ready to pour and serve!  Store covered in fridge for several days, just mix again before serving.  Please drink responsibly!  CHEERS!
